Fixed price quotes
Our quotes are fixed price, and will show a breakdown of materials, labour, skip hire, and scaffolding. Unless otherwise agreed, our quotes include everything required for the job - we arrange for installation and removal of scaffolding, and delivery and removal of skips.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances which might impact your project costs, (e.g. the discovery of rotten timbers, or unstable brickwork), we will notify you as soon as possible, and would not begin any additional works without your approval.
We typically request a 15% deposit before starting a project. On small projects we will likely ask for the remainder on completion, but on larger projects we may request that payment is made in stages - this will made clear as part of our initial quote, and would typically reflect a certain section of the job being completed (e.g. 15% deposit, 30% on completion of front tiling, remainder on completion).
Transparency throughout
We strive to keep our customers informed throughout a project, with regular progress updates.
Our timelines can never be exact due to the impact of weather. If rain is forecast, and we are not able to progress on your project for a time, we will inform you as soon as possible, and keep in touch regarding the forecast.
